A lovely fall day is always a good excuse to ride. If the destination is a throwback BMW dealership, then you have a bonus situation. Hermy’s hosts a few events per year, but the fall open house is a favorite. German food, demo rides, discounts, and a cool mix of BMWs, Triumphs, makes for a good time. Hermy’s is also a cool old shop, and sponsor of activities year round. I have referred more than a few people there. The toaster liked the mix of country roads, and a little interstate to get back in time for an appointment. With the cooler air, it felt good not to have a windshield..
